Where it all beganMatthew Blackbourn started PGS after a chance meeting at the International PGA conference and was soon joined by Brad Iles forming a formidible two‑man team. Matthew brought his background in golf sales and a strong junior playing career; Brad brought a lifetime in New Zealand golf, from representing the country as a junior and senior, to leading national teams to international titles, to seven years grinding it out as a touring professional.When Brad eventually hung up the tour bag, he shifted into hospitality management in Queenstown, where he learned the art of running venues, managing people, and creating great customer experiences. Matthew and Brad combined their skills, partnered with Foresight Sports, and set out to bring world‑class simulator technology to New Zealand.
Growing the teamAs the business grew, so did the need for another pair of hands - ideally attached to someone who could balance out the golfing talent with a bit of life experience and a few grey hairs.That’s where Justin Cheyne came in. Justin plays off the low 20s on a good day, but what he lacks in golfing prowess he makes up for in helping people and businesses design the perfect simulator setup. He now leads the sales and partnership side of the company, making sure every customer gets a solution that genuinely fits their space, goals, and budget.Matt looks after relationships with golf professionals, retail stores and golf clubs around the country. Justin manages the sales side of the business and Brad is the glue that holds it all together, taking care of operations and day-to-day firefighting.

Every simulator we install - whether it’s in a club, a school, a coaching studio, or a family home - is built with pride and attention to detail and the belief that great technology should make golf more accessible, more enjoyable, and more connected.
